Online Coaching is like having a PT with you all the time, in your pocket. It is a chance for you to work on your goals and receive that extra 1-1 support regardless of your fitness level. Online coaching isn’t just for the more advanced, it can be for anyone from wanting to simply experience lifting weights, hit new PB’s, build body confidence, help their mental health or live a happier and healthier life.

Once we have had you initial consultation and talked about you, your current training status, your expectations and goals. We put together a bespoke individualised training programme for you. Each week will involve weekly check in’s to see how you are getting on, how you are feeling, progressions made, whether anything needs to be altered and a genuine catch up.

Online injury rehab works in the same way meaning we can get you back pain free and doing what you love from anywhere in the world!
