Sports Massage

Sports Massage is a great way to prevent injuries, enhance muscle relaxation and optimise performance. Sports massage involves deep manipulation of soft tissues to help with pain, tightness and imbalances caused by repetitive, strenuous and intense movements.

In a sporting context, sports massage can be used as part of your regular training programme to help prevent injury, part of rehabilitation to help treat an injury or commonly used pre and/or post game/sport.

However, despite the name, sports massage isn’t just for people who participate in sport and exercise (or lots of it). Sports massage can help and benefit anyone!
